The mission of ISU Dining Nutrition Services is to inspire students to enjoy food and understand the impact of nutrition on wellbeing. Lisa Nolting, Registered Dietitian, coordinates programs and services to support this mission.

Culinary Boot Camp | Register Here
February 27 & March 6 | 5:00p | MacKay Hall

Attend Culinary Boot Camp and learn how to enjoy eating while creating delicious meals. This two-part series will take place in conjunction with Body Image and Eating Disorder Awareness Week and National Nutrition Month. Chefs, a registered dietitian, and the Department of Food Science and Human Nutrition will guide participants through meal planning and grocery shopping (Part 1) followed by meal preparation, culinary skill development, and a mindful eating experience (Part 2).

Space is LIMITED to 40 participants. Cost is $15/student (non-refundable).

Peer Wellness Educators
Apply by March 24 | Student Wellness

Peer Wellness Educators will provide various evidence informed educational, social marketing, and engagement strategies in innovative ways to connect with their fellow peers at ISU around enhancing their holistic well-being. Peer Wellness Educators will give presentations to student groups, plan and implement wellness events and programs, create and promote wellness messages/campaigns to other students, among other responsibilities.  We are looking for Peer Wellness Educators to reflect our campus student population and be diverse in academic areas.
