2023-2024 Meal Plan Rates
- Our goal is to simplify the overall number of plans and the components of each plan so that both families and students better understand and utilize their plan.
- NEW! Now 2 plans to choose from if you are a first-year resident.
- NEW! Giving students more Dining Dollars to let them spend on whatever they want!
- If you’re a first-year resident living in Birch-Welch-Roberts, Barton-Lyon-Freeman, Maple, Willow, Larch, Geoffroy, Buchanan, Eaton, Martin, Helser, or Friley Halls, you can choose either the Cardinal (all-you-care-to-dine) or the Gold (declining balance of dining center swipes).
- Any resident living in a required meal plan area as a returning resident for the 2023-2024 academic year may choose any meal plan. Please see below as the plans structures have been adjusted for the 2023-2024 academic year.
- Any resident living in Linden or Wallace Hall will not have a meal plan requirement. These residents are welcome to select any meal plan or build their own plan with a combination of block plans and dining dollars.
- Plans will still have available meals for guests.

Cardinal Plan (Default Plan)
This plan gives you access to any of our dining centers, anytime you want! Breakfast, lunch, dinner, snacks, and late-night pizza with friends all with no counting your meal swipes! Enjoy Dining Dollars to spend on meals and snacks outside the dining centers as you see fit with no restrictions on what you spend for each meal/snack!

Gold Plan
The Gold Plan is a semester-style plan and offers 210 meals per semester in any of our dining centers along with Dining Dollars.

The Campanile Plan can be used in any dining center or retail location.

- $12 retail value per meal when used in retail locations.
- Dining Center meals count as a swipe and will reduce the balance each time a swipe is used.

If you live in a campus apartment, Greek community or off campus, you’re welcome to select the Cardinal, Gold, or Campinile meal plan or, you have the option of any plan below.
2023-2024 Block Plans
Maybe you just need a few meals here and there – our block plans do just that! Use your Block Plan in any dining center or as a Flex Meal in all retail locations. You can also build your own plan by combining Blocks and Dining Dollars.

Expirations: Blocks expire at the end of the spring semester.
2023-2024 Dining Dollars
Dining Dollars spend like cash at any of our locations. The best part? Buy $200 or more at a time and you get a discount!
- $200 to $390, 5% discount
- $400 to $590, 7.5% discount
- $600, 10% discount
Expirations: Dining Dollars expire at the end of the spring semester.
2023-2024 Guest Rates
All of our locations are open to the public. In our cafés, convenience stores and restaurants, you pay for what you purchase. They’re great locations for snacks, meals, a homemade bakery treat, or a cup of The Roasterie coffee.
Our dining centers are all-you-care-to-dine. Think of them as your favorite buffet but without the tips or taxes. The pricing below is for guests who do not have a meal plan or block plans. Students with a meal plan can use their Flex Meals or Dining Dollars to pay for guests.
